Ipod Mishap

A long time ago the screen on Colette's Ipod broke. I did a bit of looking around and found a site that would fix it for about one hundred dollars. So I decided that we would get it fixed when we really needed it. After all, we were using my Ipod what did we need two for? Anyway at the advice of this guy, I decided that I would fix it myself. It was supposed to be easy. Well it is, that is once you know what you are doing. Took me a little while, but I did it. I replaced the screen and it worked like a charm. Then it randomly started turning on at night and by the time we got up and went to use it, it was dead. I swore I did something wrong. Some wire must be touching some other wire or something stupid like that that I would have not way of figuring out. Once again a did a little research trying to figure out the problem. I broke it so maybe I could fix it. I read about some guy who had a similar problem. His answer: his alarm was on. So I checked Colette's Ipod. Turns out that several months ago when Colette used it last, she had an alarm set. So Ipod is now working like a charm once and again and I am amazing.

I would suggest slowly taking everything out of your house. Be sure that you search everything very carefully: drawers should be opened, mattresses cut open, books shaken... It should only take a couple of weeks to do this, but this is life and death.

Woohoo! Colette's hero! :) I have to say Kyle I am pretty impressed. I know if I tried something like that I would truly break it even more! :)

Thats pretty cool I wouldnt have risked getting into my iPod. I'll tear apart most anything but those iPods look like they were made by magic wand or something.
